Family Services

Our popular stay and play sessions are great for children to socialise with other children, supporting their social and communication skills . We have a stay and play session for children with special educational needs or difficulties too that runs weekly supporting parents with a safe non judgemental space where children can be themselves and parents can get support. Sessions are held at St Clements Children's Centre on Melville Close Openshaw behind St Clements primary school.
Sessions are welcoming for everyone with children aged between 6 months and 4 years of age. Children love the play activities and playing with new friends and mums and dads get to meet each other and chat. Great for socialising children and yourself!

We run a weekly walk for parents with babies and toddlers and now all community members. We walk and chat with our little ones to a local park, enjoy some refreshments, the fresh air and nature and then head back after doing lots of steps!
Family and community walks are great for getting out and meeting other parents and your mental health and wellbeing.
